Commitments and Goals



Run a half marathon.
Daily:
·         Eat healthy foods. Limit sugars.
·         Exercise 20 minutes
·         Early to bed/early to rise.
Weekly:
·         Accumulate running 5 miles a week and work up to 12 a week.
·         Build up endurance
·         Learn about good health and fitness
Deadline: September 2014
Teach my kids how to read
Daily:
·         Read to them.
·         Sing alphabet.
·         Show them letters.
Weekly:
·         Learn a new letter.
·         Learn its sound.
·         Draw that letter.
·         Review previous letters
·         Fun activity
Deadlines: Teach them before they enter Kindergarten
Earn my bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family.
Daily:
·         Set a specific time daily to work on assignments.
·         Limit distractions such as t.v. and loud noises. (Do school during kids’ nap time)
·         Check ilearn daily
Weekly:
·         Meet weekly deadlines
·         Give my best efforts on assignments.
Deadline: Spring 2017
